And we provide a copy of our 1,000,000 insurance policy with every estimate we submit and we encourage our prospective clients to call our insurance representative and check us out.

Our Limited Warranty

DS HOME DR hereby guarantees that the labor portion of the work performed on its projects are to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of six months from the finish date.

This Limited Warranty applies and is limited as follows:

• To the property only as long as it remains in the possession of the original owner.
• To the work that has not been subject to accident, misuse or abuse.
• To the work that has not been modified, altered, defaced, or had repairs made or attempted by others.
• DS HOME DR must be immediately notified by email or phone call within five (5) days of first knowledge of defect by owner or his agent.
• DS HOME DR must be given first opportunity to make any repairs, replacements or corrections to the defective work at no cost to owner within a reasonable period of time.

 

There are no other guarantees expressed or implied, and there is no liability for consequential damages of any nature or kind. Guarantee is for labor only. Materials are not included. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Our Referral Program

Our cash-for-your-referral program is simple and straightforward. We will pay you cash in the amount of

• $50 for every referral that uses DS HOME DR for a non-remodel service
• $100 for every referral that uses DS HOME DR for a remodel service

 

There is no limit to the number of referrals that you can send to us and you can choose to either receive a check from us or receive a credit voucher that you can use on any future DS HOME DR service.  The choice is yours and WE THANK YOU FOR YOUR REFERRALS.
